Kendra and LeAnn began their working relationship in 1999 on a newspaper writing team. Over the years, they often found themselves leaning on one another to take projects to the next level. In early 2009, Kendra proposed the idea of Red Fish Marketing and Design, a marketing and design consultation firm that would help businesses maximize growth through strategizing and planning, and so began the management team for Red Fish Marketing and Design
LeAnn V. Rachal:
Director of Community Relations
LeAnn has over 10 years of experience in sales and customer services, which spans across the retail, health, and medical industries. Her ability to demonstrate a high level of interpersonal skills allows her to maximize sales and deliver comprehensive customer service. She guides clients to strategically improve customer profitability through proactive public relations.
LeAnn approaches community relations as an opportunity for business development and discovery. She brings an entrepreneurial spirit to each one of her clients to help them strengthen customer relations. LeAnn holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree from the University of Utah, where she studied Mass Communications. Her focus of studies was public relations and business.
Kendra Sue Horn:
Director of Marketing Communications

Kendra has developed effective marketing strategies and business plans throughout her years working as a marketing consultant for the commercial furniture, financial, retirement and real estate industries. She focuses on leading her clients to the practical application of marketing techniques, which include analysis of brand equity and value chain to improve business growth. She believes that great marketing strategies have to align technology and business processes to optimize marketing impact.
Kendra found her passion for marketing and design through her educational pursuit at the University of Utah. While attending the U of U, she had an opportunity to work closely with the Economic and Communication departments on freelance projects, and received awards from the Society of Professional Journalist for her contributions as the Art Director for The Daily Utah Chronicle.
